Steel-making by medium frequency furnace
As an expert machine parts manufacturer, our company can meet special customer requirements when it comes to materials and design. In order o guarantee the quality, we have imported a spectrometer equipped with various testers, such as a tensile tester, impact testing machine, metallography analyzer and so on. This equipment makes sure that our machine blades and toolings are made at the desired level of quality.
Electro-slag remelting
Our electro-slag remelting equipment can produce ingots that weigh up to 3 tons. These ingots are remelted and refined to produce metals that are homogenized and free of internal defects. They can then be more easily formed into high quality machine components. The ESR materials benefit from the following characteristics:
1. Improved toughness due to higher homogeneity and isotropy
2. Increased creep resistance properties
3. High strength to prevent fatigue
4. Improved purity
Forging steel
After forging, the internal microstructure of the material becomes much more dense and the metal grain size becomes much smaller. These forged materials greatly increase the quality of the machine knife, ensuring a longer life.
Rough processing
We employ no less than 40 sets of equipment in the rough processing workshop of our company, including lathe, milling machine, planer, drill machine etc. The machines are operated by our highly skilled technicians.
Heat treatment
Our company has an independent workshop for heat treatment. Most blades ( thickness ≤100mm) can be fully hardened using a special heat treatment.
Finishing
Our company has more than 35 sets of processing equipment including internal grinders, external grinders, surface grinders, CNC grinders, electric spark CNC wire-cutters, etc. The company can produce shearing blades with 5500mm length and slitting knives with 1300mm outside diameters.
Testing
Various testers are put to use for analyzing product quality for our company. This equipment includes tensile testers, impact testing machines, metallography analyzers, harmless flaw detectors, magnetic powder inspection, hardness testers, caliper rules, micro-callipers, etc. Testing is carried out after each step and each product is tracked during the production process.
