Customized Service
For our press brake tooling, customers can provide us with detailed drawings and we will manufacture the products as designed. We can also take rough drawings of the workpieces and have our engineers draw up a proper machine tool design.

For knife and blade customers, we generally take their detailed drawings and select the most appropriate material to fulfil their requirements. All machine knives and blades are specially hardened for long working lives.

Package Service
Most of our products are packed in plywood cases with a plastic bag lining and an anti-rust oil coating. The packages have the following features.
1. PE film or Kraft paper - keeps air/water/humid away, rust-proofing
2. Bubble Wrap - increases the impact resistance
3. Rubber Slip or Corrugated Angle - gives special care to knife edges
4. Wood Screws crates - makes opening easier without damaging the crates
5. Corrugated boxes or Wooden crates - provides superior protection and stackability

Service after sales
For most of our products, we offer a refund, exchange and repair service within 3 months after your get them in case of a defective product.
