Plastic Cutting Knives
These plastic cutting knives are made to cut various materials in the plastic industry. We produce granulator blades, pelletzing knives, shredder blades, cutter compactor blades, film cutting blades, etc. Cutting plastic can be a demanding task for certain tools which is why we use specially treated steel. We have designed them to have a long useful life no matter the task or plastic material that they may be exposed to.
Classification of waste shredder
Our knives are often found in waste shredders that come in 3 designs, single shaft shredders, double shaft scrap shredders and four shaft scrap shredders.
1. Single shaft shredder
1450 rpm, single shaft structure, can cut cans, buckets, balls, etc. The finished particles are smaller and more uniform(10mm*10mm*10mm). Currently the most primitive and the most common. There are 2 shortcomings: one: the processing of paint and other big area of scrap iron, low efficiency and consumes a lot of power, two: They are loud.
2. Double shaft scrap shredder
The knife shaft is designed with low speed: 26/15 R / min, high torque, double shaft structure, can be used for crushing particles sized 20mm*20mm*50mm.
3. four shaft scrap shredder
The knife shaft is designed with low speed: 26/15 R / min, high torque, four knife shaft structure, especially suitable for medium sized electronic waste.
