We manufacture the best quality carton cutter blades available that are often applied in paper and board mills when finishing their products. All paper cutting knives are produced from a particular grade of steal that minimizes wear over time in order to cut down on production and maintenance costs.
This line of pipe cutter blades are made of different materials to withstand the demand of different cutting applications. The machine knives can reach a hardness of 50~64 HRC.
These plastic cutting knives are made to cut various materials in the plastic industry. We produce granulator blades, pelletzing knives, shredder blades, cutter compactor blades, film cutting blades, etc. Cutting plastic can be a demanding task for certain tools which is why we use specially treated steel. We make slotter knives that are intended for carton cutting. Also called print toothed knives, the machine blades are used to make precise slots during box production.
Our tungsten blades are always packaged in cartons with inner plastic bags. We have special packaging methods, such as vacuum packaging, edge protection packaging, single blade packaging, stretch packaging and so on. We can also package according to special request.
Tungsten Carbide Blades can be used for cutting the following goods: Corrugated boards/paper, PowerPCB/printed circuit board, Asbestos tile, Paper, Rubber, Books and magazines, Plastic film, Tobacco, Cloth, Non-ferrous metal, Plastic, Wood/timber, Lithium battery, Leather and so on. We supply the main types from Φ20 to Φ350.

Steel bar cutting blades: We use 9CrSi, 6CrW2Si, H13, Cr12MoV,G1, G2, G3 materials to make these blades
We always use 9CrSi, 6CrW2Si, Cr12Mov, H13, H13K raw materials to manufacture guillotine shear blades and the hardness of these blades can reach 58~ 64 HRC (Rockwell hardness).
